Down 3!

It’s been a busy week around the Shony house.  Somehow Friday came and went and I didn’t get as much done as I had planned.  I  did weigh in at Weight Watchers and am down a total of 3 pounds in 2 weeks!  I would like to be down a little more but I went out for dinner 3 times last weekend and we had the Super Bowl so its completely understandable.

Running only happened once this week.  I am going to make up for it and run both today and tomorrow.  I am running my last Week 3 run today.  I am a little behind on my training plan to run a 5k on my birthday but I think I still want to run it that day.

We are currently re-watching the Penguin game from last night.  We missed half of it and are catching up on all of the fights that happened!  From what I understand, it was a boxing match!

As soon as its over, its time to start crossing things off of our to-do list (grocery shopping, house cleaning, running etc.)

  1. I think you’re doing great Sheena! :) Which 5k are you planning on running? Your super bowl party looked awesome! I loved the picture of the cookies. Did you have a cookie cutter for the shirts or did you hand cut them?

    • Thanks Sheri! I want to run the BIASC Run For Thought on March 19th. Yes I do have a cookie cutter for the shirts. I’m not that creative to cut them out myself. Thanks for the encouragement. See you Friday.

      • Sounds like a great cause. I’m going to start training for a half this summer…if my back will let me. I was toying with the idea of doing another 5k this spring but my back injury has set me…literally…back. I can walk but unable to handle the pressure of running ATM. I’m not sure how the C25K works but I have heard a lot about run/walk in intervals. Can’t wait to hear about it :)
