Standard SheenBean Eats…

I wanted to start becoming accountable for my daily eats so here is what I’ve had so far today:
Breakfast:
Breakfast 4 12
  • Fage 0% Blueberry Acai, 3pts+
  • Banana
  • 1-2 Cups Cantaloupe & Grapes

I enjoyed this delicious breakfast while working this morning.  I typically take my breakfast to work and eat while I work.  I’m not an early morning eater.  I picked up a few of the Fage 0% yogurts this week and absolutely love them.  They are so creamy and the fruit on the side is delicious!

Lunch:

Wrap

  • 2 oz, Boars Head Cajun Turkey Breast, 1pt+
  • 1 Low Carb LaTortilla Wrap, 1pt+
  • 1 Wedge of Laughing Cow Queso Fresco, 1pt+
  • 1 tsp Hot Pepper Mustard
  • Sprouts
  • 2 Pickle Sandwich slices
  • 1/2 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese, 2pts+
  • Single Serve Baby Brussel Sprouts, 0pts+

I came home for lunch and enjoyed a delicious wrap, some cottage cheese and Brussel sprouts topped with hot sauce.  The wrap and cottage cheese are a typical lunch for me.  I just got these wraps and am excited that they are so low in points.  It was delicious!  I’ve got a few snacks packed for the afternoon and then we are having dinner downtown tonight.  See you after trivia for a dinner recap.
